Our Story
The Gino’s name first became known in 1950, when the Massignani family opened a beloved steakhouse that quickly became a staple in Northwest Indiana. Decades of quality, hospitality, and tradition built a reputation that would stand the test of time.
In 2004, Tom and Dean Frangos took over this legacy, preserving the original recipes, flavors, and standards that made Gino’s Dyer a household name — all while introducing a fresh, modern energy to the dining experience.
in 2025 Gino’s Dyer evolved even further with a dramatic & classy remodel while continuing to honor its roots of quality local ingredients, scratch made recipes, and impeccable attention to detail.
